The villa has two bathrooms and one guest toilet on the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, and a washing machine with drying function. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen including a wine cooler, a dining table for eight people, and a spacious corner sofa in the living room, which can be converted to an extra bed. Each villa has two parking spots (with electric charging abilities).

Krk, a slice of Mediterranean Croatia
The administrative centre of the island, Krk town boasts rich historical and cultural heritage. The Old Town is home to a 11th century cathedral and the former castle tower built by the Frankopan family.
Wandering through the narrow streets of the Old Town, you will find not only historic buildings but also excellent restaurants serving Croatian dishes made in local olive oil, freshly caught fish and fine local wines.

The village of Vrbnik is situated on the eastern side of the Island of Krk, right next to the sea on a 50-metre-high cliff. If you approach from the mainland, you will find great vineyards, if you arrive in Vrbnik from the sea, you can see the remaining walls of the former fortress and the bell tower that rises from the town.

Vrbnik is a true Mediterranean gem. The small-town counts around 1200 inhabitants, who live mostly from agriculture and viticulture. Vrbnik has the largest vineyard on the island, so wine lovers are going to love it definitely.
We particularly recommend Vrbnička Žlahtina, made from the Žlahtina grape variety, which only grows in this region. It is a fragrant, light white wine, which goes especially well with seafood dishes. There are several wineries in the town (Ivan Katunar, NADA, Gospoja) where you can choose from a variety of local wines and liqueurs.

One of Vrbnik's most impressive panoramic restaurants is Nada, where you can enjoy local food and wine with a fantastic sea view from the terrace. The restaurant also has its own wine shop, so you can take home a bottle of your favourite.
The narrowest street in the world - Klančić ulica
In the old town of Vrbnik you will find the narrowest street in the world, which is only 40 cm wide. Visitors are eager to see if they can fit through it. The street can be accessed from the main square and is easily found on the map as Klančić ulica.

Plaza Zgribnica
The main beach of Vrbnik is Plaza Zgribnica, located south of the old town. The pebbly beach is surrounded by huge cliffs in a crystal-clear bay. There is a small café on the beach, where you can grab a snack or quench your thirst with a beer or a cocktail.
Potovošće beach
Potovošće beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Krk, only 2 km far from Vrbnik. The pebbly beach is accessible by car and boat and it is also perfect destination for families with children. From the beach you can see the coast of Crikvenica. A beach bar on the beach offers refreshments and cocktails.
Oprna Bay (Stara Baška)
Oprna Bay is listed among the most beautiful beaches of the world. The stunning cove located 3 km north of the town of Stara Baska, one of the most charming villages and areas of Krk Island. The most popular spot is Oprna Beach, which attracts tourists from the whole Island. You can reach Stara Baška in 30 minutes from Vrbnik by car, we recommend arriving early, to surely have a parking slot.

Diving
Both complete beginners and professional divers are welcome at the diving base in Vrbnik harbour. It is possible to dive in local bays, but the Dive Loft also offers all-day boat dives, where divers can explore more distant bays or even wrecks. Instructors also run beginner and advanced diving courses for those interested.
Boat trips
If you want to explore the island by boat, we can help you with that. You can attend half-day and full-day boat trips from the harbour of Krk or if you have a license you can rent a boat. Several beaches of the island are only accessible from the sea (Fox Bay, Golden Bay, Pod Črnice), so we definitely recommend taking a boat trip to explore those amazing beaches.
