Prices and Payment
Rental prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Payment details will be specified in the reservation confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund
The cancellation policy will be clearly stated in the reservation confirmation. In case of cancellation by the guest, refund conditions as stated in the cancellation policy apply.
Liability
The owner is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the stay, unless caused by the owner’s negligence. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.
